    I'm an existing PAS shareholder and while VA is not ideal my bigger concern is that Collisieum Capital will use this process to justify some emergency capital injection in an attempt to dilute existing shareholders. Have to watch out closely on this and hopefully the VA does their job correctly and looks after all sharesholders not just collisieum. We need to follow this process closely.
