to afford to service additional contract before the big ones... China has some big jobs available but no use if they cant prove themselves with smaller ones or even medium ones....slowly they are proving themselves up...they are at capacity already so one medium from china and a few other small ones around the world and they need more product....

I hope the raise it @ 9c or above...the last was at a premium if this one could be at say 10c for a round number for a couple mill that would be ok...they prove themselves...get paid....get bigger contracts...cover them easily...get paid...

get self sufficient.....get additional money....pay divs
