Yes I too was hoping that more cash and therefore some dilution was behind us given the developments of late but ever the optomist I see some of the plositives being:
1 Cash for factory expansion and working capital
2 Hopefully an expanded shareholder base giving more credibility
3 Further improvement to balance sheet
4 Confidence build with the current patent position.
Seems to me we need more institutional support which will help support a continued rise in the SP and more liquidity in the stock. I think the lack of liquidity is holding us back!!
This maybe a little short term pain for long term gain. Remember the MD will have that same dilution as us so he must think it's a good idea!!
Subject to the detail of the announcement this is a positive for the future of the company and the share price and hopefully us!!
