    • RECEIVED FIRM COMMITMENTS FOR A PLACEMENT RAISING A$1.36 MILLION AT A$0.058 PER SHARE
    • AN ENTITLEMENT OFFER UP TO A$2.22 MILLION IS PROPOSED TO FOLLOW PLACEMENT
    • FUNDS RAISED WILL SUPPORT COMPANY'S LENDING FACILITY, AMONG OTHERS
