Agree with you - the more usual complaint is that shareholders are left in the dark for too long.
Perhaps they could find a happy medium where they indicate that they are negotiating with X parties at any given time, Y of which are in the top ten pharmas.
Right now that appears to be 4 ?
Dont give too much info on timing of deals as it is too difficult to predict with any accuracy.
Lets face it, for longer term holders we see the SP getting belted - so we are going to complain about something (-:
