Hmmm another thing I just thought about the whole disclosure blanket. While i don't expect the up-front to be anything to significant BUT why do you think they broke guidance & delivered 1 day late & hence in the New Year ?
Any chance it was to push out the date where they have to disclose the up-front payment ?
One day late effectively means instead of it being disclosed end of month it now has until April 30th.
Hmmm another thing I just thought about the whole disclosure...
