Have a look at how many other companies Pat is involved in that may take more of his attention lately...............

Frank Glatz is the person doing all the leg work - getting contracts and "net working" so this all comes together sooner than later

Richard is on board - and he has shown his skin.......

A change of the "guard" can be rather invigorating to a company (go back and see how much has changed since Frank came on board...............)
