based on your written post i agree that would be most useful however i refer to the 0:48 to 0:58 section the video you posted which claims that based on analysis historical data for an organisation ripple down can determine a diagnosis.
also part 0:24 - 0:35 implies that ripple down will allow physicians to make a diagnosis regardless of their expertise, i.e. Using the diagnosis provided by ripple down?
would be great to get your thoughts, perhaps im a being a little slow.
