The company does claim that their offering is unique in that it's designed to be programmable by the health practitioner rather than the IT guys, unlike other rules based software systems. Can you find another directly comparable product to RippleDown? I'd be interested in comparing pricing, features, etc.
Regardless of competitors, I think even if they don't win any significant amount of new contracts (unlikely imo, given new investment in sales staff, and management optimism around growth), with $2m pro-forma ebit and a $20m market cap, it seems to me like you'd still do pretty okay with no profit and revenue growth.
