Latest update on NTA for week ending 6th March - Pre‐tax NTA $1.016 down 2.8%
Post‐tax NTA $1.043 down 1.9%
In this same time frame XAO was down 3.4% and XJO down 3%.
Considering the week after the 6th March which is yet to be included, the XAO was down 10.9% and XJO down 11%, this is not reflected in the NTA and the share price is 96c down 8.5% The is an interview on the comsec site by Dr Hampson where he seemed to indicate they have not sold much of the portfolio, with the view things will settle and bounce back soon. He also said the dividends are ok at the moment.
Good buying in the low nineties. Even better buying in the eighties or the seventies, but most shareholders seem to be hanging on and not allowing the fear to result in a rash decision to sell. Current price is well above NTA which is a good indication of confidence in the company.
