Well these are good points, long term holders need to be rewarded. Saying that last money raised were at much higher price than share is currently.
These 300,000 shares is also a drop in the ocean, some $21K. Its funny how share can be traded down on such a small dollar value. Any decent buy will put upward pressure, for now you have little choice but to accumulate.
