I am still holding my stock. My sale order for $1.49 expired yesterday, but I am going do it again.
It's win-win, if they will buy it for $1.49-it's OK, if not I am happy to hold it and don't believe that they will reduce dividends for long time-IMHO it's just trick to push us to sell.
Any way, if they will do compulsory acquisition of minority's shears, they will pay same offer price, it just can take longer.
