News: PLP Lithium Australia advises update to Cinovec Licence Agreement, page-17

The way I see it is that LIT and PLP (or at the time Lepidico) have made a deal on 3 licenses for LIT. In this deal LIT has taken up the licenses for EMH (Cinovec) and ALIX (Mexico) (and it there a 3rd?). Now the deal between LIT and EMH did not work out and this lead to the market announcement from LIT. However, I have never seen the announcement that LIT terminated the license with PLP. So I guess LIT may still have the exclusive right to discuss L-max with EMH....

But as was said really depends on the small print in the agreement between LIT and PLP.
