Why wait until now??
Looks incredibly bad for lit if they don't have a leg to stand on so I'm inclined to think they have a half decent legal claim. If they do you have to wonder why they'd be making a legal issue of it now and not earlier. Puzzling. Maybe Plp were close to inking a deal with Emh and lit wanted to spoil the party
