Let's clear something up immediately shall we. There is currently NO litigation under way. If you refer to LIT's Ann of last week; QUOTE -

The parties are attempting to resolve the dispute.

No legal proceedings have been filed or served, by either party to the Cinovec Licence, in pursuance of the Allegations.

UNQUOTE

So to the scaremongers out there attempting to shake the PLP tree, at least be accurate with your comments otherwise make your way to the door.

Those of you also that are not aware of the historical relationship between each company - in particular between Mr. Johnson (PLP) and Mr. Griffin (LIT) - should do a lot more research before you post untruths. Again, this will be resolved away from the courts.
