Cheers for that mate. I guess it will come down to the fine print if the MOU was that they needed to go ahead at Cinovec with the set out plan to keep that licence. Don't know how far an MOU stands as it's not binding contract. I'd assume if they felt confident of their standing they'd file rather quickly.
