Yep, you're right. I can't find mention of L-Max anywhere in the LIT-Alix agreement announcements, was an assumption on my behalf - apologies.
I've reread the recent LIT announcement about the 'Cinovec Licence' and I really can't see anything for either PLP or EMH to be concerned about. The text suggests to me that LIT has relinquished any claim over the licence to process Cinovec ore, but holds on to the hope that it can nominate 'other projects' under the terms of the licence ('LIT...maintains the...Licence remains on foot in respect to other projects...').
Just a weird announcement IMO.
