Yes, we had an old guy here back around 2016/17 who was adamant EV's were weak and useless - wouldn't have one in a fit. Haven't seen him for a while, probably realised he was wrong after they started wiping Formula 1 cars off the map and pulling huge loads all over the USA. Certainly it is apparemt EV transport is winning the competition race.
Still, there are some of the old mob who just refuse (or are unable) to understand what is happing in real life.
