IPCC report? I have read more than the IPCC report - the Summary for Policymakers is not a true representation of the data within the report. If you were across it you would know this. I suggest you spread your research to encompass the opinions of the leading atmospheric physicists instead of following a blinkered narrative . Further 'just a little harder to refuel and recharge " - come on man (Biden). Unless you sort that out the rest of it counts for nothing. When that is sorted I'll probably be a convert too.
