If you can read current events you would notice that EV's are rapidly taking care of the situation already. The only thing holding them back is the shortage of EV's on market - but that is growing rapidly. The only reason ICE vehicles have proposed bans is because there are a lot of 'dinosaurs' who don't understand and would continue to pollute the world, if allowed.
