What an excellent idea!!

I actually say why stop there if we are serious about our impact on the environment.

We should ban ALL forms of professional sport.
The carbon emissions associated with carting thousands of footy, soccer, cricket and rugby players interstate and internationally each week is too great.

I still don't think that has gone far enough though, do you, as an environmentalist?

We should actually ban ALL personal car ownership, EV and ICE.
Building new cars is TERRIBLE for the environment.
Everyone should be forced to use public transport and not be able to move further than 50km from their house.

Saved up a few weeks of annual leave in the hopes of travelling overseas?
Hold your horses, pleb.
We cannot have you scum flying all over the world, destroying our environment.

If you are genuinely serious about your position, you should absolutely welcome all of my above suggestions.

FWIW, F1 will be net zero by 2030.
Although it seems PLS only have a target of achieving this at their mine site some time after 2040.
