2nd post Daniel. Well done. Only a couple factual errors, which hopefully you take note of and research before post #3.
PLS ship Spodumene concentrate, not ore.
PLS wasn’t disappointed with the BMX auction result. Receiving US $7552 for 10kt of SC5.5 is an unbelievable result. That is AUD $110 Million revenue. With all in costs of producing that at approx’ $12 Million, that = $98 Million profit. Hardly disappointing.
Most of us here have proceeded cautiously for several years Daniel. Having managed my SMSF for near on 30 years, that’s a given for myself. So watching the SC price is a daily thing most of the posters do.
You may be unaware, as I have noted only 2 posts, PLS recently advised the market that their off take contract price for the present quarter (Jan-Mar), will be in the US $6300 region. Humor me here, even if spot BMX auction price drops back to this level, at approx 150kt shipping expected for this quarter, that equates to AUD $1.37 Billion revenue for the January quarter. Again, AUD $1.37 BILLION.
Proceed with caution everyone. You own a cash cow which is making you a fortune. You may be influenced to spend that fortune on all sorts of wild, self indulgent luxuries.
