CATL Placement
The CATL Placement is conditional and places approximately 183.3 million shares (for A$55.0 million) to CATL at
A$0.30 per share and has been split into the following two tranches pursuant to the Share Subscription Agreement.
Following completion of the CATL Placement and assuming all conditions are satisfied, CATL is expected to hold
8.5% of Pilbara Minerals’ issued shares (excluding those shares to be issued under the SPP).
So CATL has cleared all their holdings at PLS, which is approx. 146 M today plus another 25M on Monday(?).
