I suggest you look at the facts. The prices are down over night. Go google them. Its not hard. I have access to direct live data and can tell you its down.Look at other lithium/spod stocks and why they fall and go up. Due to the prices of the ore. Same applies to other companies. When iron ore falls so do the iron ore miners. Look at RIO and BHP. Iron ore down around $86 a tonne where not long ago it was over $120 a tonne. This effects share prices.
