Ken has never screwed us over and is unlikely to....i get the feeling this agreement was always going to happen now at this time regardless of the share price while evryone was expecting US market issues nobody expected ORE to Throw a $h!t ball like they did in sync with another MS report....Its not PLS or any of the Hardrockers for that matter playing market games...its not Gangfeng, Posco or even ALB.....its the brine boys and the MS.. The Brineys are in for a tough time and they know it...They have a dynamic resource that can move off of there lease without notice...the more companies that start drilling and pumping from the same resource the more a moving target thier production rate and brine chemistry becomes......why do you thing Corfo and SQM pushed ALB out of Chile, Why did SQM turn and run from Argentina.... to many straws drinking the same milkshake..Hardrock is a Static resource the only way it moves of our lease is if we dig it and truck it;

this is why now you are seeing more money flowing into Hardrock...Ken probably had good reason to think the shareprice would of been in better this week than it was....but probably did the right thing all round and said to Gangfeng....A deals a deal this will hurt for now but it gets $h!t done... at a time when the banks are probably not all that keen to lend.
