I wish that PLS didn't agree to the 2% royalty, and instead offered KAI $30m rather than $20m. KAI need cash to keep the company operationally sustainable and fund future exploration (while minimising the inevitable explore + capital raise, explore + capital raise trend that exploration companies are tied up in), and I feel like they would have agreed to some sort of deal along those lines.
We can always buy the royalty out at a later date, but I'd prefer to have just negotiated this now.
