Come on and yet the Norwegians have the greatest EV adoption.. so they have solved the cold problem. Just like canada they have garages. they have fewer problems in the cold than fossil fuel because they have no radiator system.. less moving parts. China spreads north south east west and most of thebpopulation isnt in the north. its in the south. Blimey.. t h i n k
