Oct 24 (Reuters) - Premier Investments Ltd (PMV) on Tuesday said it intends to vote against the appointment of Garry Hounsell as the chairman of Myer Holdings Ltd (MYR) after its request for two seats on the department store's board was rejected.
The Australian retailer, which is the largest shareholder of Myer, said it had no current intention of making a takeover offer for the besieged company.
