I think it will become a HC stock once the Nth Sea drilling gets closer.
The sp recently fell from 39c to 25c when it was reported that Nth sea drilling would now probably occur 2H 2008 rather than 1H 08
Assumming farmouts and rig availability procede as hoped for, the elephant premium to the sp will return in due course
Aside from Pompano drilling, I think the the 2nd qtr report due 31-01-08 will be the next Key announcement as we will get production rates/revenue for High Island .
A slight sp rerate may occur if we get our first solid qtr of stable production from HI.
