May 10 (Reuters) - Peet Ltd (PPC) :
- Says intends to raise approximately $100 million by issuing 1 million bonds
with a face value of $100 each
- Proceeds of offer will be used for refinancing $50 million Peet convertible
notes issued in 2011 and due to mature 16 June 2016
- Says proceeds will also be used to diversify peet's debt capital structure
