yep, mainly going up on the future acquisition potential in the ann. nearly $90m worth of acquisitions at advanced stages. At 5-6X EBITDA standard cost, thats about $15M in EBITDA extra coming, nearly 60% further growth in earnings. not too much dilution as it will be debt funded and funded from cash flow .
once covid subsides it'll be a beast of a company especially with the strong acquisition potential.
glad i held the stock , got the max 3000 odd shares in SPP, and did not dump at loss.
