I think Martin has done a good job so far (barring not adding stock based payment to expenses incurred by the company- which has been rectified now) in turning around the company. PPL is on the verge of profitability. He should not stumble now.. Just as an idea, that million dollar could have gotten rid of 50 million shares. Hopefully, Martin will provide more details to justify this acquisition - he can start by calling it as acquisition rather than transaction
