This must be the best kept secret stock and not even a whisper on hot copper.
Figures just released show annual dividend of 10.5c which is more than three times covered by the after tax net income.
I would expect the fair value of a stock like this to be 20 times the annual dividend. (5% yield fully franked = 7% grossed up,)
20 times 10.5c equals $2.10. What is the stock doing drifting around $1.51..
Have I got something wrong with my calcs.
Any criticism would be most welcome.
