    June 13 (Reuters) - Pan Pacific Petroleum N L (PPP) -

    • Co & Zeta resources entered into scheme implementation agreement under which zeta will acquire all of issue share capital in co
    • Pan Pacific enters into scheme of arrangement
    • PPP Shareholders can elect to receive either $0.038 cash per PPP share or one Zeta share for every 10 PPP shares
    • Scheme values PPP at approximately $22.1 million
    • Independent directors of ppp unanimously recommend that ppp shareholders vote in favour of scheme
