Pretty much playing the d evils advocate here , since IMO I think there are quite a number of fintechs in the market, wouldn't PPSbe a takeover target. Market capital down, great software. My issue for a consolidation IMO would provably spike the price, ballpark 25,30 pc for example. Yet if our holdings come under a company with a steady as she goes share price with no fluctuations will deprive pps shareholders with smaller margins of growth. Pre December crash purchases buying PpS up to 1.18 dollars will realise little growth under a new logo and IMO will never see a 1.18 return equivalent. Making any new shares issued a real long term hold proposition. Then we are relying on integrated software products under a new logo to stand the test of time and allow previous pps investors to make growth. Tell me I haven't got this right, but its what I'm thinking. I just hoe tthe PPS PLATFORMS can confidently service the market going forward and the company can reject any consolidations between players. Happy for the good hotcopper peoples thoughts.these are my concerns since market capital has been nailed in a short time. Recommendations deteriorating, market capital less than half from the highs and ANZ needing different functionalities. What's in store ahead. DYOR and my thoughts only.
