So is this correct?
- PPT has effectively achieved its aim of having the option to can the original deal
- there is a new (revised) PDL PPT deal in the works and the original deal is no longer on the table
- PDL and PPT shareholders get to vote on the new deal and either could vote it down
- PPT is open to a higher offer from Regal or anyone else with or without the PDL deal
