turned a good company (PRG) into a mess by doubling down on industry exposed businesses. Was always going to be a tough job for PRG management to justify the merger based solely on synergies. PRG would have been a much better company if they didn't merge with Intergrated Group and get sucked into WA.
Remember Spotless offered $6.11 for PRG many years ago but the smart board said no way !!!
Chris Sutherland probably needs to move on now. Its been down hill all the way since his became CEO. I would prefer to see an East Coast CEO from hereon.
