Also, If you check Mark Norwell's interview with ****** (I saw it on LinkedIn earlier) they suggest the sell down was purely small parcels based on algorithmic trading not necessarily large holders and shorts. This would be incongruent with the idea this was market sentiment on the M&A situation causing sell down as implied elsewhere.
