I've been a big holder of PRN and MAH - both very similar companies with similar debt and earnings.

for some reason MAH is up 50% in 6months and PRN is down 30%

for a fundamentals investor it makes no sense. PRN is now my biggest position and I've sold out of MAH (although it is still a very good company)

the big benefit of PRN other than being undervalued on fundamentals is the $1 billion market cap that is more attractive to ETFs and institutional investors.

my prediction is $1.04 by the end of the week and $1.2 just before Feb results announcement.
