It could happen @BigB87 - but there appears to be little crossover in their two product lines and eMite is where the value is. Potentially acquirers would see this and likely be put off as would need to figure out Snare (a low growth $2m ARR segment).
I think Prophecy divesting Snare could provide a much clearer story and financials - both to the market and potential acquirers.
