I don't think there is any point divesting Snare for the purpose of providing clarity on eMite numbers.
The numbers are clearly split in the various reports.
We know Snare doesn't really work on a subscription model, hence they have the perpetual license model. Acquirers would not value Snare on ARR.
Snare has been upgraded over the past few years and management believe it is now poised for growth.
Once Snare returns to growth, this would add further fuel to the re-rate
I don't think there is any point divesting Snare for the purpose...
