I think $2 is realistic. I believe a conservative value for the cash rich fast growing SaaS nature of mite is 12 x ARR which equals 10x 10 million = 120 million. That equates to approximately $1.70 per share after the equity raising. The value of snare needs to be added to this.
Prophecy has been below the radar and the re-creating to a fair value has begun. The equity raise and recent publicity has catalyzed the re-creating. DYOR but I believe there is still a way to go yet.
