I have owned PRO shares since 2012 and have topped up during the lows. I remember the exciting rise in 2015 up to a high of $2.5 but after a few miss steps and the need to upgrade software, including migrating services to the cloud, the revenue growth faltered and the shares have since touched lows around 20c. I now have the same feeling about PRO I had in 2015 but the growth looks more sustainable this time. I am pleased the company has done a quick capital raise to muscle up the sales force to allow the aggressive ARR growth to continue. Coupled with this we have a CEO who looks very well equipped to spearhead the company. I agree with the analysis the PRO market cap should be at least 10 times ARR providing the current growth trajectory continues. I think an ARR of 18m looks achievable for FY22 which would give us a share price of approx. $2.8 in a years time. I also own shares in Dubber (DUB) and in FY20 their ARR was 16.1m giving them a market cap then of 235m, for FY21 their ARR was 39m giving then a market cap of $791m. The market may not value PRO ARR growth rate as impressive as DUB but the current valuation for PRO looks massively undervalued. The potential share price rise for PRO is enormous if the ARR growth we have now is sustained. I have a good feeling we are in for a very rewarding year ahead.
