News: Promesa Limited preparing capital raising details

    South American focussed precious and base metals explorer Promesa Limited (ASX:PRA) is heading to market with a capital raising.

    The company has six projects in Peru, three projects in La Libertad, two projects in Ancash and one project in Huancavelica Departments.

    The Alumbre and Quinual projects are advanced to drill-ready stage.

    The ASX has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 17th November 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
