    • ALSO NOTES THAT SEVEN WEST MEDIA ALSO ANNOUNCED IT WILL DIVEST WESTERN AUSTRALIAN REGIONAL RADIO ASSETS TO SOUTHERN CROSS AUSTEREO
    • WILL COMMENCE REVIEWS OF THESE TRANSACTIONS ONCE IT HAS RECEIVED FURTHER INFORMATION
