Now that is a convoluted situation of which PSA is an innocent victim.. There are two positives.
The Houthi are short of cash and are resorting to theft from international banks and companies. Hopefully their resources are fast running out.
Our legitimate (but corrupt) Oil Minister is not trying to screw PSA (at this time). The legitimate government will side with PSA and international law on this one.
Legally this looks like an easy but time consuming matter to resolve.
