It’s a big holder pissed off as it clearly isn’t why they have their large holding. Clearly would prefer to show their dissatisfaction and get out than hang around to maximise share value. It’s. Good opportunity for other ma to buy at a ludicrously low market cap… even if it is a stinker deal for existing holders.
