i dont think you can factor peoples tax situation into it. They will pay tax eventually when they sell, assuming its above their purchase price. You can only calculate the return of funds they recieved. Its definitely great buying here for new entrants to the company.... its just a matter of whether even better buying will present as the seller clearly is not done.
