    May 31 (Reuters) - Pacific Ore Ltd (PSF) :

    • Notified yesterday by Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) of an interim stop order and raised some concerns

      in relation to certain disclosures in prospectus

    • While interim order remains in place, company will make no offers, issues,

      sales or transfers of shares under prospectus

    • Says update on Syntonic public offer
