March 13 (Reuters) - Australia's PSC Insurance (PSI) on Wednesday confirmed that it has received multiple strategic approaches and is in talks with parties for a potential takeover, after a local media article reported that the company has held informal discussions.
The company, however, did not disclose any further details in its statement.
